Namaste,in Karnataka partition has done through panchayat parikattu also called panchayat palupatti before 2004.and the beneficiaries sons got their katha and mutation done.which is an un registered partition.but in the partition daughters r not included. Based on unregistered partition deed suit is filed by daughter.what is the chance of daughter getting her legal share.

Sir, I booked a flat in January 2018. They did agreement on 12.03.2018. They told that they will give possession till 2019 but it was verbally. There was no possession period mentioned in agreement. Actually apartment was started building in 2016. Now they are giving possession in April 2021. But now they are charging intrest around 2.1 lakh for late payment according to demand issued by them. What can we do as if we did late payment but before possession given by them and also they also took almost 3 and half years to give possession and actually it took more than 5 years to complete the project. Need some legal advice. I am staying in a dda flat from last 34 years. My neighbour flat is lying vacant from last 27 years. Sir thank you for such informative videos. I am facing some property related problem and need your valuable advice, please help 🙏 My father acquired a property ( brought from my grandfather). We were only 4 member family my parents , elder sister ( born in 1976) and myself (born in 1985) . Due to some family affairs my father who was then living in the ancestral house move out and brought a land and construct a house elsewhere in Kolkata. Unfortunately My father died on Oct, 1994 (following a cerebral attack). I was only 9 years old then. My mother felt unsafe living all along so she sell the house and with the intention to construct another home in the self-acquired land of my father near ancestral home. We moved in 1997-98 time period. Afterthat, due to some issues my elder sister went out from the house and with the intention of marriage but at the same time claiming her share of money ( which was left after selling previous house ) . The affairs became so intense that the agreement made over a stam-paper in front of some family witness. She in the stam-paper agreement also declare that she will not have any right over property (both monetarily as well on stationary property) . I was about a minor (13 year old) then.This was an Unregistered document. In 2019 , my mother went to mutate the property name for tax related issues. In mutation as per advise of mutator she had to put all 3 members name in the Coparency of the property. Problem, is that my mother died of covid on April, 19. Feeling the shock I got sick as well. My family (I.e my married elder sister and others) didn't even care to hospitalised me. I seek help and got in hospital. After that I went to my workplace. As, I returned home after 4 months with my wife I got severly hackled by my sister's side . She also demanded /claimed over the property of my mother. As, I cannot come home frequently for performing official duties she also trying to project the house as inhabitable. And she is falsely blaming me for my mothers death so that she can claim the whole property. So is my sister's claim valid? And how to deal with the situation where they are trying to excavate me. ?
