If it gets out of hand sometimes you have to put your foot down and be rough with them and be honest with how you feel about the current situation

But if it happens all the time, you gotta be honest. Tell your partner that it's wrong that they lack emotional quotient. They need to fix this asap cuz this poor quality of theirs hurts me and their social life as well. So don't always just pretend to be good and calm. Give them reality checks as well if they have some behavioral problems. Nothing wrong in that. Relations should NOT be based on ignorance of negative factors in each other... It should be based on honesty (even if it sometimes sounds rude... eventually they'll understand) Cuz relationship is not about managing or handling your partner It's about both making efforts and ensuring qualities from their side so they can have a good life together happily.

My girlfriend is moving away and she’s really mad and sad about it and I try to show her care and love and support saying you’re not alone so I try to help looking for a house for her parents and brothers I never had a long relationship. I really love her but I can’t say it.

I might sound very strange if I say; I want to be comfortable abusing and scolding arguing with strangers, boss, relatives. Currently am not, there is lot of trauma stuck, and in receiving end of abuses. Mind goes to blank mode when there is sudden boundary violation, humiliating from others. Can you please made a video on this.
