You need bigger wheels on your cart and it will go easier over small bumps

Maybe they look small but they’re 5 inch casters.

@@TheRentalJourney we use the 12.5 cm ( same 5 inch) with 600 kg maximum loading / wheel

I spend a lot of $ on event rental companies, I personally prefer 8x4 decking just because occassionaly the decking joining together isn't 100% smooth, especially with older staging and 8x4 decking eliminates more uneven surfaces.

Your gate will adjust wherr it stops. Take a look at it and find the stop switch and it should move up a little to fix that problem .

Thanks for another great video! Quick question, what’s your most popular stage setup size? I’ve been considering getting into staging but I’m unsure of what size to start with.

8x12 and 8x16 seems to be most popular at the start. So I would buy 8-12 4x4 stage decks to start with.
