📍 The United Kingdom-based Bank of Georgia Group finalized its $303.6 million acquisition of Ameriabank, one of Armenia’s largest lenders.
📍 Armenia is in talks with Russia to encourage more investment in five enterprises that Yerevan previously handed over to Moscow as part of a debt forgiveness deal.

Pashinyan should bring investors from the west and NOT depend on the Russians. Bring in NEW competition to the businesses Armenia handed over to the Russians.

Question: did Russia collect its debts from all other republics or Armenia had a special contributions? And what kinds of debts? For what? Does Russia have debts to Armenia? Or Russia has privileged position in Armenia?

I cant believe Kocharyan and Sargsyan handed over some of our most important assests like the entire railroad network, many of our latgest most important power plants, important mines, and many many other things. There was nothing left in the country that didn’t belong to Russia, except for China I cant think of any other countries where the most important assests were handed over to another country lieu of debt, they should have negotiated a payment plan or done anything else except hand over our entire electrical grid, railroad infrastructure, and gas network. Now Russia has left those assets to deteriorate and hasnt invested much in them, we dont have any new railroad lines, and im sure out electrical grid and gas lines arent doing any better

Россия простила долги африканским банановым странам, но не простила ни одного рубля Армении, даже придумала долги для Армении на огромную сумму, несмотря на то, сколько армяне сделали для России, на огромный вклад армян учёных в российскую науку, в искусство, промышленность, в военную сферу и т.д. Никто столько не сделал для России, сколько сделали армяне, которые получали от России лишь нож в спину и предательство.

Aemenia’s debt to Russia cant be payed back, coz Russia literally invented Armenia on Georgian and Turkic soil after 1920. Armenia’s was 9000 sq m in 1918 and became alsmost 29 000 sq m in 1991.
