Italian cooking show from the early 90s, filmed in Canada I believe. Love watching Pasquale Carpino's cooking and listening to his beautiful singing. The show never seems to be replayed, unfortunately. I recently found this old VHS tape I recorded back in 1991. Hoping someone at Discover or anywhere else brings back some Pasquale episodes!

I love Pasquale. I watched this in the '90s and he was influential on my cooking style. But, dude, I suck at butchering fish, and you are not much better. It's flounder. I get that it's hard. But I've seen Morimoto work.

there's another #pasquale but his last name is #sciarrappa a youtube star aged 83.

Yes, he often took a sip of his "cafe" which seemed to be spiked with sauce lol
