Well, if you're really good, you can raise your prices and become a popular teacher without the problems of how to make a living. But i don't want to do that. I will not raise them, i want to help others and offer the most affordable prices. But...Here comes the but. Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in a twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement. When you are no longer accumulating but withdrawing its hard to be anything but cautious.

They will always be there until of course most of the mindless sort of jobs become obsolete but for right now I think it's just a mindset thing as well as a leverage thing ; I think most people are too in over there heads to take these risks as well as benefit from these new passive advantages of all these great ways to make money - most in : too much debt, already deep in their career, can't keep up with bills to make room for investing in side things, amongst a million other different reasons a person may have, to not do any sort of real passive hustles that free up all there time - Also, I'd say not everyone wants a passive lifestyle, they might just be happy with there life as well as there full time work routine to dive into (in almost all cases) a completely foreign way for them to make money - And that's awesome as well as good news for people who are more geared to making passive income, also makes for even less competition out there! That's just my take on it.

I was really hopeful of my investments this year, but all my plans have been disoriented, I've been studying the market crashes and I realized some investors made millions from the recent 2008 recession and I was wondering if such success rate could be achieved in this present market. and the Federal Reserve taking a more hawkish approach to interest rates and bond purchase tapering, a correction is underway

Yes, if you go long against the market you'd make such success.

@@CharlieChang great video and thank you. If you do not make videos for a month , what would happen to your revenue? Is Passive Income a misused , over used and manipulative concept? If you own real estate and do nothing. what will happen to your real estate? If you are an investor and dont do anything with your portfolio , what will happen?
