Awesome looks great when I was a kid and lived in the gables I had a boriqua neighbor that made this for us was so good I'm making some on Xmas eve this one really reminded me how good this dish is

Sweet plantains are my favorite. Thank you for recommending to use the over ripened ones. I agree they are the aweetest. The dish looks angling and I could almost taste it with the side salad. I am definitely going to try this!!

A easy hack is buy Goya pre sliced and cooked plantains 😊

Thank you for this menu. I noticed you use the 'words' banana and plantain interchangeably. Are you using bananas or plantain?

l don't know where your from, but that is not Puerto Rican Lasagna. That is Pastelon and they do not add any cheese!
