It was 10 weeks program and each week has a different module such as bread, chocolate, sugar confectionary, chocolate show piece and the master class with Chef Amaury.

ううん、私も未だにカジノのイメージなんだけど、フランス出身のすっごいパティシエがいて、この人に習いたいって衝動で行ってきたんよねー！本当に行ってよかったよ♪ベガスの派手な街も見てきたし(笑)

May you tell me which course you took and how much it cost, please? I'm looking for information about his academy but it's harder to find than I thought.

I understand you completely because I was searching some info about his academy before too! I joined 10 weeks program, it costed $18,750. Besides you need living const (accomodation and so on)as well. It was worth to do it!

@@ONIGIRIKITCHENhi, how did you get around? When I enquired last yr they told me that the accommodation is not close to school therefore have to drive?!

Thank you for your comment. Yes, there are 2-3 people who are choosen as internship member from each sessions.
