Pastry with Feta cheese
Ingredients:
500g pie crust
4 eggs
100 ml of yogurt
100ml of soda water
80ml of oil
4 spoons of sour cream
1 level teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of semolina
350g of feta cheese
3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Preparation:
Beat eggs, add yogurt, soda water, oil, salt and sour cream, combine, then add semolina. Beat and the filling is ready.
Mince the Feta cheese, if necessary add 2-3 spoons of yogurt so that the mixture binds better.
Fill 4 crusts at a time, put less filling on the first so that it does not get wet too much, and thoroughly coat the remaining 3. Cut them into eighths with a knife. Place a teaspoon of cheese on the widest parts, then roll the rolls as in the video. Arrange them in a baking tray, cover with a little filling, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C.
