This super hearty cake combines the two most utterly luscious flavors in pastry: CHOCOLATE and CARAMEL. A winning combo I used to create this entremets especially for THE event that gives pride of place to chocolate: Easter! I conceived this entremets to make it delicious but not too sweet despite the caramel. I personally find it quite addictive!
