i had to come back after last nights game in Chicago. Congratulations on your 1st Goal of the year Patty. Always have enjoyed watching your dedication and determination to win. Keep on Killing it my dude. It is definitely sad to see a original 6 team struggling as bad as the Blackhawks have this season. We knew it was going to be rough but not this embarrassing. I feel for Kane and JT and to endure this type of year after all the great Blackhawk teams the won with. It be nice to see both dealt to a contenders

I'm kind of indifferent to Jack Edwards, but listening to some recent broadcasts, I wonder if he has some sort of neurological disorder, like ALS. I remember running into a client years ago, and thinking he was drunk. I found out a couple of years later that he had died of ALS. Maybe we should pump the brakes on our judgments. After all, Pat Maroon is an awesome competitor and what Jack Edwards thinks or says should be the last thing to preoccupy him.

Exactly, Gaston. Jack is not the Jack we've enjoyed for nearly two decades. Something is amiss with his physical health, whether it's a stroke or whatever - something is definitely wrong. My guess is NESN is well aware of it, letting Jack finish out the season out of respect for his years of service. I seriously doubt he'll be with us next season.

Die hard bruins fan here and hate tampa and cant stand maroon.however im on his side on this one ..Jack Edwards can be a dipshit at times and this is one of those occasions . there was no need for his comments and he stepped over the line Maroon donating $$ was cool of him so i i can respect that . Jack should apologize and match the donation in my eyes .

...and he's a hockey player who IS NOT paid to "put sentences together" but is paid to check, score (occasionally), and win Stanley Cups (three). Whereas Jack Edwards IS paid to put sentences together as an announcer but comes across as a blathering moron to 100% of non-Boston NHL fans and 80% of (intelligent) Boston NHL fans - It's the dumb 20% of Bruins fans who can only watch hockey narrated by a blatant homer that keeps Edwards employed.

I’m a life long Bruins fan and I HATE Jack Edwards! He’s the worst play by play guy in the history of Boston sports. That being said, Pat sounds kind of like a baby. “Aw he called me fat, and didn’t say sorry” 😢. Grow a pair Pat. BTW, welcome to the Bruins Pat. You’re gonna love it here. Wait till you try the pizza in the North End.
