DNA testing should be mandatory at birth. If the man is not the father, he is forbidden from signing the birth certificate. And...the marriage is immediately invalidated. He is free to just leave without any alimony, because the marriage never existed. He gets 100% custody of any children that are his and decides all questions of visitation. She has zero recourse.

Back before DNA testing was available, I once worked with a guy who had previously dated a woman and some weeks after the breakup, she informed him she was pregnant with his child. He told her, “It’s not mine” and hung up. Next thing is that he is slapped with a paternity suit. At deposition, her attorney through his questioning, establishes that there was indeed sex between the two and it was without protection. So, when the woman’s attorney asked why he was so sure the child could not be his, the response was simply, “I had a vasectomy five years ago and was just tested again to make sure it was still affective.

Paternity tests should be mandatory before any man’s name is put to the birth certificate. I grew up as one of the children centered around this kind of fraud. My mom got pregnant with me at 19, after having 6 abortions prior. There were several guys who could have been my father. She got one of those men to marry her...became abusive, cheated left and right, sold his work tools for drugs, had the drug dealer she was cheating on him with beat him up. It lead up to him eventually living out his van, getting arrested routinely because my mom would put makeup on to look like bruises and call them on him when he hadn't even been within miles of her. I remember being 4 years old and sitting in court as they brought him out and my mom telling me "Wave at daddy. Wave at him..." I was too little to realize. I only remember this because the way he looked over at us, his face so sad, is what solidified it as a strong memory even 30+ years later. Once he fled New York, vanished off the grid for many years, I was beat for minor infractions, later told in a half assed apology that it was because I look so much like my "Father" that she can't help but get angry whenever she sees my face. I grew up being told at every turn that my "father" didn't love me. Years later when they found him and started taking money off him again my mom would loudly celebrate her check and call it "Desiree support" then go out and buy herself a giant bag of bud and whatever else she wanted. meanwhile, me and the two other siblings that money was supposed to before went around in church donated clothes, ate peanut butter and jelly once a night, and slept on beds with no sheets or blankets. Years later I find out through ancestry that he's not even my father...He didn't want to know the results because for him if I am not it would open up a new wound where he couldn't justify his suffering. I get it, but I feel so bad that this man's life was ruined simply because he tried to do the right thing and marry a girl he thought he got pregnant, and believed for 27+ years that this child, and two others, were his. None of us are. I feel like my existence ruined an innocent man's life and it's a double whammy because I grew up believing he was my father, hearing my mom use my likeness to him as reasoning why she was extra cruel towards me particular. I grew up choosing to NOT believe all the horrible things my mom said about him, that he didn't love me or care about me, because unlike my two younger sisters I remembered him and I knew it wasn't true...then I find out he's not my father... Women who do this crap are horrible and often just as horrible to the children. This man is doing good work. Thank you for not laying down and taking it.

This sad to read but this is one of the many things of why I'll never date anyone in general. My mother wanted a son of her own since my older half brother was from my father, and his ex. And after a while we were happy but my parents started fighting my father left on multiple occasions and came back because he loved us. But it started with my father's brother got him drugged up, and this caused my jack of all trades father to sell almost every tool he had after his brother left him drugged up on stuff. He also was in denial of needing help from therapists since on top of this he was in the air force, and served two to three tours as a guard in Iraq with only a vest, and baton. We took all his guns outta the house after a while as well but I couldn't do shit because I was around 8 to 9. But he lied to his father saying he needed his 22. for the shooting range. They found him dead with a 22. in his skull, and ever since I've been down hill my mother drove my brother away. And became aggressive to anyone including me. Then we're I'm at now with her "husband" and my younger sister, and younger brother. My sister's my dad's I love them equally I've taken the role ever since my brother left. And even now I still walk to the nearby dollar store using a backpack. When her, and her good for nothing husband fight I take the role of adult because they fight let 4 year olds. Oh did I also mention my childhood was also robbed too because of all of this, and someday's I have mental breakdowns to myself calling myself a failure because I can't speak about how I feel in person because I feel I'll be laughed at. And I've to them both if I have to break them up again I'll call police on both of them because I don't care anymore. Lastly I forgot to mention I'm 15 & 1/2 at the time of writing this out.

Most child abuse is committed by women. This is a known fact. Nonetheless men get the blame. As for yourself, I hope that you really understand - deep inside - that this is _not_ your fault, and that you really are loved - even if the circumstances are not what you once thought. Finally, I hope you and others take away from this that the current system is not only a threat to men, but also to children and to decent women.

I am so sorry for your entire life being ruined by horrible family choices that were not your own. I do not blame your non-biological father for his suffering, but in such a cruel world, one must take extra precaution, both as men and women. People have to be very careful with whom they start relationships with, and to never have intimate relationship with any person who they don't see as a good candidate of raising a family, even if you are using birth control. The risks are too high when having relationships with people who are of poor character. One of the risks being the damage to the potential children (or children from someone else as it is often the case). Your non-biological father would not have felt pressure to marry your mom if he knew that they never had intimacy, and therefore could not be the father.

I was lucky, when I was in the army my wife took my son and left. I paid her to get my son sent to me (she was in Kentucky while I was stationed in Colorado). When I had my son I hired a good lawyer, filed for divorce and custody. What really helped is she was strung out (that only helped a little though). I refused to give her my son back because being the father I was as entitled to custody as she was. By me filing in court in Colorado it made things really hard for a broke junky to fight. Between that and provoking her temper she was found in contempt of court during our hearing, told the judge “he’s full of shit and had no jurisdiction” and pissed him off in the process. I won full custody and she was ordered to pay me child support. That was about 11 years ago and I still haven’t received a penny of help yet but I don’t care I’ve raised a awesome son. He is a straight A student, made state championship his first year wrestling, all start football player and a very well rounded out and promising young man.

He had been paying $800.00 a month in child support for close to 6 months when he spoke to me. I told him he had to get a DNA test ASAP. He tried but she refused so I told him tell her our company demands it for placing the child on his insurance. When he said that to her she said she would cover the child on her insurance. I told him to tell her he needs the DNA test in case she loses her job/insurance. She refused. So I told him that means she knows it isn't your child and you need to get a DNA test ASAP. He scheduled a trip out there and did a DNA stealth swab. The test results proved it wasn't his child. He told her about the test results and she said it must be Joe's kid. I believe she had more than one man on the hook for that child. Maybe more than two that she was collecting from. He asked her for his money back and she told him F off.

My parents grew up in Poland and told me that Polish women and men had to be incredibly selective of their spouses. Selection is key.

I am a 56 year old woman and I can tell you that this is a huge problem and women need to start drilling this into their sons heads as soon as they get into their teens. I can tell you that they do not just pray on men who are well off. Many women’s goal is to have several children all by different men and the goal is to have the first child of these men, they don’t want to get pregnant by a man who is already paying child support on other children because your payout won’t be as high so if they’re only managing to get $400 to $700 for each kid every month. This allows these women to never work. They live in low income housing and can collect $2000 plus a month in child support . Also sometimes the goal is not just a child support check even if your family is of modest income and you live in a mobile home and are “working” class and provide a safe and comfortable home life for your children your 16-year-old son now becomes a target of a girl whose mother has basically sponged off of boyfriend after boyfriend to support them their whole life. These girls are looking for the same thing because that’s all they know so they will intentionally get pregnant before they graduate from high school so they can move in with her boyfriend‘s family and collect food stamps and possibly cash assistance for being a single mother,) because it is a much more stable home life. This will last until she meets another boy that she like better then they will cheat and get pregnant by that guy so that they can climb the ladder and move in with baby daddy number two he probably has an apartment instead of having to live with baby daddy number ones family. Now baby daddy number one has to worry about the welfare of his child that baby daddy number two doesn’t give a crap about because baby daddy number two got trapped just like baby daddy number one and he’s not happy to be in the situation.. I have also witnessed women who have had multiple children by different men that are collecting fairly large sums of money in child support but are now too old or have health problems and con no longer produce children start dating 19 and 20-year-old to make them feel young again and have them move into their apartments and they are basically sugar mamas to these young men who want nothing to do with all their children except for the fact that they are also their meal tickets because these young men don’t work and now sponge off of these older women’s kids child support checks just like the mother. These women are horrible mothers and usually only have these kids to get a free ride through life and the kids lives are usually pretty bleak and then they repeat the cycles of their mother at least the girls do and their sons typically end up in prison. I have worked at Walmart for 29 years and have listened to lunch room gossip from women Who are only in their 40s or 50s whose children who are now all over 18 so they are no longer collecting child support checks and now have to take on part-time jobs for the first time in their life and they literally give this advice to younger girls and then complain about sons in prison wanting them to put money in their accounts. A coworker and a good friend of mine’s 17 year old son got caught in one of these traps by 15-year-old girl whose mother‘s boyfriend couldn’t stand her and was threatening to kick her out, she got pregnant and moved in with them and their lives have been hell ever since She is now 19 still acts like she’s 15 is a crappy mother who ues their grandchild as leverage to get what she wants threatening to take the kid and they’ll ll never see him again if she doesn’t get her way, oh and this girl‘s two oldest half brothers are both in prison for murder.

@michaelmurphy6869
@michaelmurphy6869 2 жыл бұрын
I fully agree, bank fraud, ID fraud, insurance fraud, etc all have stiff sentences if one is convicted. Why isn't paternity fraud in those same categories? The principal of the intent is the same, frauding one's money, property by false premise. Yet the family courts allow it and in a way sanctions it without due process (without a jury). If a man can fully proof that he's not the father (at his expense, DNA tests are about 99% accurate), yet allot of men don't the have financial resources in order to proof themselves innocent. It appears in those family courts a man is guilty and have to proof his innocence. Even if he can, some courts (judges) wouldn't allow this evidence to be shown, as for the woman claiming that, that man is father of the child doesnt have to show any proof that he actually is ( all they need is a name). She gets the full legal resources of both the state and the courts on her side at no expense to her. Family courts in my opinion are unconstitutional, any law(s) allowing them (the courts) to operate, giving them any authority should be thrown out also as being unconstitutional and the courts fully dissolved. More men are wising up and raising up (by not dating, marrying or even cohabiting with women, falling birth rates, etc we are starting to see the numbers) against this tyranny known as the family court system, the process is slow but headway is being made. The scary part is that we all know its about the money and not the child.

If I complained, it would've been used against me. There is no equality in these cases.

They do quite the masterful job fulfilling the role of timid little victim that would never hurt anyone, full of love, kindness and loyalty. This is society’s view as whole as it pertains to women. A dance that they’ve perfected since childhood. But then the opportunity arrives for them and then we see.. once strings are cut.. then all fall down. You get your first peak at a heart of cold stone. Once they see in their minds, their life without you in the foreground and an income earned only by checking the numbers in an account on her cellphone.. and they go rogue. Easily able to put your financial suffering out of their mind, because your loss is their gain. And when you’re at the end of your rope, preparing to sleep in your car on a cold winter’s night, it’s then that the timid little victim that would never hurt anyone, so full of love, kindness and loyalty.. and sh/t .. asks you in a text message “Do you know what day you plan in sending that money?” Scandalous..

It’s not about the man or woman, it’s about the court getting their cut under the guise of it being for the child. Don’t get women pregnant. If a woman says you got her pregnant, demand a DNA test immediately. If you buy any baby items, keep a running receipt tab in case the results are negative OR positive. Get yourself a lawyer immediately. Learn the laws in your state. If the child is yours, demand equal or sole custody. If the child is not yours, show those receipts and demand your money back. Get a restraining order if necessary outside the child support courts against the mother and her people. Raising your child is expensive. Child support for your child costs far more. Child support for another man’s child is infinitely more expensive, not just monetarily but in all other ways as well.

She cheated on me, Wanted a divorce, Took my house and retirement, We got 50/50 on child, I had to pay child support and ended up paying 75% of child bills and had my daughter 75% of the time but all the ex could say was that I got off easy at 500 bucks a month, I was poor, (BTW She made more money than I did) She even went after my Veterans disability pay, The only reason she didn't get that was because I served before I had met her, I've followed my daughter to college to make sure she's ok, And she wants nothing to do with her mother who has done nothing to help with her schooling, It's all on me. I'm sure my daughter is mine, She looks just like our family "Look" and nothing like her mother (Thank God) I'm proud her and in the end it was worth it.

The consistency I keep hearing in these stories is that the woman blows her cover by listening to her friends say she should.get.more and then taking the supposed father to court. If not for pushing men to the brink it would have never been revealed the kid wasn't his. These Jezebels become so arrogant and entitled that karma itself steps in and exposes the fraud. I've heard this exact scenario too many times!!

They need to make paternity testing a birth a requirement - like they now do in the army - will take the emotion out the equation This way the proper father can be found and held responsible Paternity fraud is not fair to the baby or the father held accountable If I women knew she would be tested when she gave birth she would think long and hard before she cheated This is much more prevelent than we think - would be willing to bet at least 10% of children are not with their real father - if not more

Can you Imagine... A court case wherein... The Court Orders a woman to go to her ex-husband's house... And cook his meals... Do his laundry... Clean his house... And all for Free... BECAUSE that is the "Lifestyle he has become accustom to"... Of course not... And Rightly So... Because such an order would Violate the 13th Amendment... Which PROHIBITS Involuntary Servitude... And Yet... Courts all across the country... With a straight face... Do the EXACT Same thing to men on a daily basis... And Justify it... By pretending it is different because the Enslavement is Not Direct... Yet... There is NO Difference between FORCING Person A to work for Person B Against their will... And Forcing Person A to work for Person C... And then SURRENDER the Fruit of that Labor to Person B Against their Will... It is Simply Slavery By Proxy... It is well past time for us men to do something about it... And we should start by challenging Alimony Laws on 13th Amendment grounds... And then doing the same for cases of Paternity Fraud... Etc. Oh... And it Violates the 14th Amendments Equal Protections Clause as well.

Had a Co-worker, that Married a Girl that already had a Child, They have a Child together, & a few years later, She talks to Him about adopting Her first child. As He was the only father figure in its Life, & She Felt it was Unfair that the Child went by Her Maiden name, while Their Child has His. So as a Loving Husband, & Father, He Adopts the Child! 90 Days after the adoption was Finalized, She has Him Served at Work, with Divorce Papers, & a No Contact Order! When He goes to court for temporary Child Support, The Judge Looked at Him, & said: She Did You Dirty! But There is Nothing I can Legally Do about it. The Final Blow, comes about a year later, when She moves to another State, Stating that Her Fiance, had a Job offer out of State. Which was probably True? But it also made it financially Impossible, for Him, to see His Child, & the one He adopted!

I remember when I finally won sole legal/sole physical custody of my daughter with visitation at my discretion. My Ex had been arrested for 9 felony charges. Yet, after walking out of court with a snide comment by the family court office clerk "They gave YOU custody?". While my Ex ended up in jail for 8 months, San Bernardino County still kept collecting child support from me. Just because I now had sole custody, well there was no change to the support order... I had to go back to court to have that stopped. Even once I got the court to stop it, the DA Child Support Division didn't want to stop collecting. I spent many visits to their office trying to get them to follow the new order. After loosing our home over all of it when we moved to another state for a fresh start, we had to go to the 7 southern counties and get a release from each and every one of them signed so we would be able to get our vehicle registrations transferred to the new state we took up residence in. I think we had to have it done to be able to transfer the titles to any future owners as well, but it's been awhile and I may be mistaken on that. 6 years of fighting in family court to have my daughter in a stable home, not couch surfing with her meth addicted mother.

Fun Fact: They were contemplating making a mandatory paternity test law in France. But then they figured out that at least in one third of cases there is paternity fraud. Because most Euro countries have a strong welfare and social safety net, it'd most likely be the state on the hook for the child, so they quickly refrained from codifying it into law.

BY LAW any organizations that attempts to begin a process a child support case without DNA proof of paternity should be fined and prosecuted and shut down until resolved. ENough people go to prison for attempted extortion and theft this will stop. OH and officials who work with prosecutors turning over evidence of mothers willing knowing paternity fraud get a reduced sentence.
