Build Updates:
NEW 3.14 CHANGES:
Bow:
- Our powerful elder mod was replaced with a Local Bleeding Damage over Time Multiplier modifier. This modifier caps out at +59%! Better than I expected.
- This allows us to create less powerful but more consistent Elder Bows with a ton of Damage Over Time Multiplier. These may be trickier to craft as there are more modifiers involved.
Tree:
- Red Storm has been removed and two new Physical Damage Over Time clusters have been added. (Vanquisher and Veteran Soldier)
- This provides a bit more power during the leveling process but only Vanquisher will be used in the later stages of progression. Resulting in a wash.
- A powerful new 6 cluster skill tree has been added and some meaningful changes have been made to all skill trees to accommodate new nodes and better pathing.
Gems:
- Flesh and Stone was increased to 35% mana reservation. This shouldn't prove problematic in the endgame. However if necessary drop War Banner until an Enlighten Level 3-4 can be acquired.
Gear:
- I took the time to make minor improvements and alterations to many of the gearsets.
TLDR:
- The build lost around a reasonable amount of its top end damage with new Elder Mod but is now more consistent.
- Some of this lost damage can be effectively "reclaimed" with the new 6 cluster skill tree but that top end damage remains lost.
- With Assailum our DPS can still reach these levels post nerf.
- Light Investment = 2-4 Million
- Recommended Investment = 7-11 Million
- High Investment = 12-16 Million
- Uber Investment = 18-23 Million
- The build will be just fine. However, mana reservation has become a bit tighter, crafting a good bow a bit trickier and heavily optimizing slightly more expensive.

- Before a strong Elder Bow can be found or crafted run an affordable Lioneye's Glare, Crimson Storm, Slivertongue or a rare with Damage over Time Multiplier (24+%) and solid physical damage.
- A Replica Farrul's Fur can make for a fantastic high budget option for our body armour.
