NOTE: Using Lesser/Greater Multiple Projectiles during the leveling process is recommended.
NOTE: This footage was shot in 3.8. The defensive capabilities of bosses have since been significantly increased. Fights will likely take longer to complete.
Build Updates:
NEW CHANGES:
- Large changes to Deadeye this league, overall should prove to be a buff.
- Projectiles can now chain off of the environment.
- We gained an extra projectile, this is really nice for Barrage.
- Wind Ward may finally provide some level of defensive capability to Deadeye!
- Occupying Force looks very interesting, may be worth testing out.
- I'm swapping the Ascendancies around. Picking up Wind Ward!
- The Frost Bomb setup has been reworked to include Bonechill support and is now hand cast!
OLD CHANGES:
Heist Changes:
- Curses have changed quite a bit. However this won't affect the build much. I recommend sticking with an Assassin's Mark ring to improve our single target damage.
- Gem setups have been slightly reworked.
Alternate Quality Gems to Look For:
- Added Cold Damage: Supported Skills have 10% increased Attack Speed
- Barrage: 10% increased Attack Speed
- Blink Arrow: +1 Cooldown Use
Harvest Changes:
- We now have easy access to both Elusive and Wind Dancer! These have now been incorporated into the build. This should provide a significant boost to our survivability.
Notable Past League Changes:
- Hyrri's Ire had its added cold damage lowered.
- Death's Opus had its critical strike multiplier lowered.
- Ice Shot received a slight buff to its base damage and now chills enemies more effectively.
Gear Changes:
- Pandemonious has been moved to the optimized endgame tree. It is still heavily recommended!
- Oskarm Nubucks have been dropped for a pair of rare gloves as a result of the ring change. They are still great before you get an Assassins Mark ring.
Gem Changes:
- The Cast When Damage Taken setup has been reworked to be more consistently helpful.
- I currently have Mirage Archer swapped out for Cold Penetration. Mirage Archer is undoubtedly still strong so feel free to mix it back in.
Tree Changes:
- Vaal Pact was added to drastically increase recovery speed.
- No Witnesses and Wind Dancer have been allocated. This required minor reworking of the tree.
Other Notes:
- Pandemonius chills enemies near you when YOU are hit, as a result this effect won't proc very often.
- The original barrage setup I recommended in the video had an improper gem setup, this has been corrected in the PoB.
