Build Updates:
NEW 3.13 CHANGES:
- Raider finally got some sort of buff! The largest of which was made to Quartz Infusion and Avatar of the Veil.
- The Onslaught side has been dropped for Avatar of the Veil.
- This grants the build a heap of extra dodge chance, constant phasing and additional lightning exposure effect.
- Gearsets have been heavily reworked. A new optimized endgame gearset was added.
- New gloves, boots, Abyss Jewels, Watchers Eye, Flasks, rings, amulet, claws and more have been added!
- This includes Darkray Vectors which should be a strong choice for the build.
- Every skill tree has been touched up heavily and should now be even more efficient.
- A new high budget gem setup for Wild Strike has been added.
- Overall these changes combined have made the build more tanky, reliable and offensively powerful than before.
- However, this will still likely struggle with the New Boss mode. I would consider another starter as a result.
OLD CHANGES:
Heist Changes:
- The curse changes shouldn't affect the build much. You can choose to run an Assassin's Mark ring for improved single target damage or a Conductivity ring if you want more versatile performance.
- Added an additional leveling tree.
- Added a leveling main skill setup.
- Wind Dancer has been added.
Main Harvest Changes:
- The Dual Wielding physical damage bonus has been removed. This has resulted in a DPS loss.
Gear Changes:
- Inpulsas was swapped out for Loreweave as the socket colors were too difficult to get on Inpulsas.
- The Oskarm Nubucks were dropped in favour of rare gloves that have the Hunter modifier "Strike Skills Target 1 Additional Nearby Enemy".
- Curse ring has been swapped over to Conductivity on hit.
Gem Changes:
- The Cast When Damage Taken setup was revamped to function more consistently at lower levels and now triggers Immortal Call instead.
- The Ancestral Protector links were changed to now include Culling Strike and Blind supports.
Other Notes:
- Both combat focus jewels will work in the slots that I described for them. PoB ignores the node Coldhearted Calculation when estimating attribute totals in the top jewel slot. It will function as intended in game.
- Physical damage focused claws will be the strongest option available for the build.
