looking up the codes that are given is good but i struggle with the pathways. what would be the steps to find this code? General health panel question. I looked under panel, general, health and test but couldn't find it. thank you.

I have a question, good day. As a nurse if you are doing a procedure say like extracting blood from a Vein, What nursing documentation should I document to be recognised same with it's cpt code

It depends, a nurse practitioner would use the same codes as a physician, and it is tricky for the RN, but I do know that you can use 99211 for the encounter. You may need to consult with the practice or the MAC. if real-world.
