Namo Sakya Muni Buddha! I would like to pay respect to Bante! I am so blessed to hear this transcendental teaching. May Bante be well, happy and protected by the Buddha from ten directions.

PATICCA SAMUPPADA:themetapicture.com/when-they-brought-these-wolves/ "if this exists, that exists; if this ceases to exist, that also ceases to exist." It is a pragmatic teaching, which is applied to dukkha and the cessation of dukkha.

Yup, without much jargon. with this that arises, ceasing of this that ceases. That is the simplest explanation and it is the true nature of things/reality. Can be expounded to encompass all existence including ours, physical and mental. Cessation of all existence, mental and 'physical' is the end of 'suffering'. Understanding is the enlightenment which is a mental process.

Just try to follow your experiences objectively. Do not believe what you've listened from others, even if it is logical. Even if it was said by The Buddha. Do not make up the answer through thinking. It is clouded. Only follow the experience itself. You'll find out your answer eventually.
