BTW, Gui Dasilva (the main character) is the double for Black Panther the weapon that you asked is called Sai

I love little things like this where the creators really understand the spirit of the main story. I feel like this is something hollywood misses a lot of the time, they aren't fans of the source material, they are a fan of money and just try to cash grab on what ever is popular. The TLA movie is the prime example, it's like no one with any control over the movie had ever seen the show, it was just described to them by their kids or something and they thought "Oh there's a nice money maker!"

Gui DaSilva-Greene is a known stunt double ... he double black panther and also on many marvel movies as a utility stunt man

the singular thing i dislike about this spin off is the fact for his quirk to work how they said it does would be for him to have been born with that key chain. like it came out of the womb with him since all quirks are physical abilities. so i think either his mom's death created an emotional limitation to his quirk making it so he can only teleport to that until he overcomes that or it is a plot hole

@@Death80351 or its just what hes most emotionally etached to, and he subconsciously placed the beavon for his teleport on his keychain without realizing it

@@donnyholman1698 thats what i think. i think since his mom gave it to him he became attached to it and it sort of “activated” his quirk in a sense and maybe later on he would be able to teleport to other objects

the one who did the camera work, is the one who filmed Kingsmen shots, (Christopher Clark Cowan) is a anime fan just like the people who are in the shots. thats why its so ON POINT. like his favorite fight is Kakashi vs Obito. source. watch?v=4RpZ1mwrceg

I would be nice if they used this creative team for the Legendary Picture's MHA live action ( I don't have high hopes otherwise for the adaptation)

Legendary has done some good adaptations so far with Alita and Ghost in the Shell.

I do find pinpoint a little odd. I wonder why mechanically speaking it homes in on his key chain. I had thought it was anything he touched, but I don't know why it would only work for his key chain. Could it work for other key chains? I know that one is important to him, but I can't help but wonder how it works.

Probably the emotion attached to that item. He could probably train to do other objects.

@@pikachuspartan1868 Depending on how his quirk works, being able to teleport to several different objects could work better then line of sight. If he could teleport over a distance then he could go beyond line of sight.
