Patrice was/ is a GOAT. For Patrice, the rehearsal was the show, it was honesty and comedy in action, ideas being figured out on the fly that the audience participated in. This made his performances alive, living, breathing organic experiences. Watch the expression he makes after he mentions the corn at 6:00 min. This is him saying ‘I don’t fkn know, let’s just put it out there.’ There is another famous line about him charming his way into the castle, “Tickle, tickle, baby. Tickle, tickle.” It highlights the same genius. I miss you Patrice.

Bill burr is better than Pryor. Pryor is just a legend and he helped lay the path for a lot of not just black comedians, but all comedy in general. He made it raw and personal and did not hide the horrible shit side of his life. Bill burr is hilarious everytime, everywhere, for a long time now and hes not ging anywhere.
