Comedy is a very refined art form many can't master. Patrice was able to mix his comedy with a kind of philosophy that's undeniable in it's logic. A comedy master, one of the best to have ever done it who didn't get his flowers before he passed. He shaped my mindset in many ways and I thank him for it. A real genius.

Women Also want to do everything with their man which is annoying. Women take the any needing space as a sign of hate.

The men were clapping because it's coming from a man's point of view. Men relate to that(alone but not by ourselves). The other part about the storytelling is that women tend to throw in details that are highly irrelevant to the story. Men have for 99.9999% of our existence been leaving the village to hunt, conquer, defend, or deliver messages over long distances. 350,000 years of that and you tend to only use the necessary words.

When a woman can ask a question, listen to the answer, and then do what was asked she will have a happier marriage where her husband opens up more. When a woman asks questions and then second guesses the answers because she thinks she knows better she will have a man who doesn't want to talk and often ignores her. Don't ask questions if you don't want an answer but just want to hear a confirmation.

What you two ladies don't understand is that he is from Boston, then New York, so he has that old school angry, mean east coast thing. Plus, he had a really tough childhood, and after that...no college, no celebrity, just work. But he admits to his sexist, racist, and angry nature, handles it, cut it up, makes art and wisdom with it, and in the end made something positive. That is who most of us want hear from, a mean person who has seen sh*t go down, but managed to keep a sense of humour and be a good person.

Wanting to be alone knowing you're somewhere around not with me in my comfortable place trying to be my friend offering/changing stuff I didn't want or asked for is as sensible as can be. If I'm down or something sure be there for me, if I'm off somewhere, never called for you, watching tv or something minding my own business just stay away xD No problem cuddling it up to a movie decided beforehand, but don't interrupt my own comfort and now since you're there and made yourself comfortable on my expense leading into watching something else or a movie I didn't signed up for... Katherine, you could really relate to what Patrice is saying regarding women and their story telling. Getting sidetracked with another story within the story in the middle of a story, but not getting to the end of the story. Is it possible for me to love you; but not like how you tell your stories, or I may like your story, but not love your timing of telling the story.....yeah I'm confused too.....

10:00 what do u mean its men talk, its catered and spoonfed to women. He is talking to yall, look at the women(wives/gf) in the audience they laugh just as hard because they can relate just how true his discriptions are of mens nature towards their woman. While this is common sense to non millenials, younger womem grow up to become the very man their grandma admired to be with but became instead. Women might work with men or allow men to sleep with them, that isnt the same as having the knowhow to keep a man long term. Men today in general cant even articulate what they would desire from a women long term as they have been for their lives that they should be happy with any women basically and u should accept anyone as they are without judgement. Men are simple, take that literal and apply that to all as it might help with comprehension.
