Petey's defensive work has been fantastic. He's no liability. He'll figure out how to get around the way he's being defended against, without taking huge risks. Imagine this team once he does? Fun times!

Pettersson is. Not slap shooting which indicates a hand or wrist injury. He’s body checking so no shoulder injury. I think laffterty will score the winning goal tonight.

Petey has ALWAYS slowed down drastically toward the end of the season. I do think its in his head. They couldve taken him out that last game of the season but he played.

Nashville traded for zucker at the deadline... Arizona had him.

so weird. All 3 of them missed this somehow. Zucker is a third line player at this point. The Canucks wanted/needed Guentzel at the deadline, but the price was too high, especially after they overpaid for Lindholm.

@keithporteous9281 yeah the Canucks would have requested that Arizona retain on his deal or take money back. Arizona gave him away to the predators for a 6th just to shed the whole contract.

@@coryberg2 you have it exactly right. The Preds had the cap space to take on the whole contract. The Coyotes were shedding the contract. Zucker isn’t the difference maker, in any case.

preds aren't as talented but everybody on that team are performing at their top end. very few mistakes. look at the leafs since matthews got his tummy ache. if pettersson is hurt..... zucker reminds me of 2011 canuck lapierre.
