A good PR of any kind will get u further though cause they wanna make off u... And have lots more money to invest in you...even with this way of doing it... Your at a higher level in all ways and lots more money to invest ... Even getting ripped off... Your dealing with MUUUCH more money then this ... This as he keeps saying is more for exposure... Wich yes definitely helps find an invester/p.r./label. Dont get me wrong this guys cutting out the middle man of promotion deals Making it cheaper and the videos are dead on for exposure Its sooo important people still recognize this !!!

I've been making electronic music on & off for over 20 years now. Sadly, nothing has ever really come of it (other than personal accomplishments). There's so much time and energy involved in marketing and so many services out there that are just scams. What really stings is when you see/hear all this similar music on major labels that is nowhere near as good as what you make and you think "wtf!?..." You would think making the music is the hardest part, but that's nowhere near the case.

one of the things that you might consider is that the promotion of the songs in and of itself is very powerful, and you might not see the results for some time, It took a month for my convolk feature to pop off, and even then, I'd say it took a year for it to really get cooking, so maybe in the future you might provide some updates on that! I honestly wish I could give more information as to why the song blew up besides its a good song and convolk stock is basically bitcoin, but I love that you are doing this to help out artists. KEEP IT UP!!!

Enjoyed the video but I think that there’s some things that might help people more. Instead of chartmetric try spotontrack. Costs €7,- a month and you can find all playlists there. Also for Submithub I’ve used it many times and you’ll figure out which curators like your music after a while. My last campaign I send it to around 40 playlisters and got accepted by 34. Mostly because I could see that they accepted some of my older songs in the past.

Also you can submit data for anything on Chartmetric to track. I believe all you need to do is copy the URI or URL and paste it into the search and it’ll add the entry for there ongoing. I’d recommend submitting your own playlists in there for that reason

Essentially you are doing what a record label does. And a label would only pay revenue after costs for promotion, mastering, artwork, etc was recouped. If you're gonna do this again, you probably want to think about that....
