It’s kinda nasty Charlotte Rampling doesn’t help translate to Sissy. Jokes are being made and she is just sitting there politely smiling, Spacek is so wonderful.

An interviewer is supposed to let his subjects speak, not monopolize the entire thing. This interviewer doesn't let anyone else get it more than a few words. Just a waste.

The interviewer is being RUDE! Sissy clearly doesn't speak or understand French, but 90% of what he is saying to her is in French.

Love Sissy, love Shelley Duvall, love the French, think Altman is one of the greats. Nice to have Peter Ustinov and Charlotte Rampling on hand for this cute interview. The only fly in the ointment is that 3 WOMAN is one of the colossal turkeys of all time. Truly an awful movie. Boring, idiotic, pretentious and often incomprehensible. I say that in complete admiration of the people who made the movie. You can't be on all the time!

See, I love the movie. No offense! I have it on DVD and love the performances and the dream-like quality of the script. I saw it on A&E back in the nineties and fell in love. I haven’t seen much else of Robert Altman, but I LOVE 3 Women.
