Foy is a legend. Great guy from the Highlands. He spent some time as a kid in US. Son of a Preacher. Full of soul, feeling, and just great music. You need to check out his Indiscriminate Act of Kindness, oh and definitely do Pain Never Hurt Me Like Love.

Foy Vance is amazing. Nice to see people getting to know his music. Awesome react ! Do Shed a little light next. From him too. So glad you got around to listening to Foy, beautiful, soulful and real. He used to perform every other weekend in my local in Belfast (size of a living room) and to be so close to raw talent is amazing. Now he's on the up and up and I wish him every success. He has an emotional heart-shredder called Burden right here on YT, check it out, you won't be disappointed. Keep up the good work!!

Thank you for introducing me to someone of whom I was unaware. I had to look him up...from Northern Ireland. Great voice and cover of this iconic song.

Long time fan of Foy Vance, and as for other songs, i really like "You and I", "Pain never hurt me like love", "Bangor town" and "Ziggy looked me in the eye" to mention a few. Tickets for his european tour of '22 has just gone on sale and can be found via his official website.

The story I heard of how Home Free got ahold of his song Moonshine was Chance (of Home Free) saw a small indi film that Foy had written Moonshine for....he then took it to the Home Free guys....if you have more of Foy Vance PLEASE do cover him !!!
