Hey jason, just wanted to add something to help clarify. Wifi is a local signal that you send around your apartment with your own username and password. The source of the internet is really the more important fact. What we really want to know is if the building has fiber. You can have Wi-Fi included in the price, but if it comes from dsl or a sim card it's not going to be as good. Thanks!!! Keep it up brother

You guys always make my day! Always love your chat about the red rock(et)! Sorry, Manu, I mean the Porsche.. 😄 These pool villas are really something. 65.000 baht is normally a full monthly budget for most foreigners though.. The location gives. Not many of these in the heart of Pattaya. At the dark side, you`ll get some good value pool villas, a little less expensive. We loved living in one close to Mabprachan Lake for a couple of years. This was fun, as always, keep them coming, guys 😊😊

Hi Sarlina, thank you for your always good vibes comments, Manu will enjoy reading your comment as always, the red rocket is something I am trying to buy of his mother in-law as a project, something I always did back in Australia and would make an interesting challenge in Thailand as I don’t have all the contacts I’m used too but would be a fun project! I really want to see more pool villas for rent near the lake on the Darkside, tbh I wouldn’t mind a small pool villa myself 😊

The demand for villas is insatiable. I think they’re a far better buy/investment than a condo. If you follow the property market in Pattaya you’ll see villas sell very quickly. However, I’ve seen some condos up for sale for years and still unsold. Condos are a risky purchase.

If you are looking for small cheap newer houses to rent, it is probably better to look in the Cha Am / Hua Hin area.

Heya! nice video. I liked the 2nd condo the best (I can't afford the bigger places! haha). The view was really pretty, i thought. There was a little pool villa/house you toured in Bang Saray, i think it was, that has been my favorite so far. Have a great week!

House has horrible brown tile! To dark wood in it! But I love the palms in the backyard. I would put queen palms in between the small palm plants outside and bird of paradise in there somewhere? I love a 12-15 ft deep pool on one side or slopping on the sides to deep in the middle!

Jason I pay $2k a month for a place in MD I wish my rent was $600 and I don't have those views or weather it's winter here in Maryland in 8 mos or less we will be in country just recovering from major neck surgery

You generally have to pay for wifi as we showed and if the condo doesn’t have a smart tv you can just buy a cheap set top box 👍
