Walekum Assalam it's better next time try using raw papaya paste..beef will turn out soft and juicy...else use meat tenderizer easily available in Super Market markets

Actually it's cooked on patthar but as we can't get it and cook at home, so made it on tawa following the same method...if u can get one patthar u can cook on it
