You applied a lot of "masalas" to the meat which create a huge layer of unnecessary "masalas" and eventually the meat didnt cook well from inside and the outer layer of "masalas" got burned. Typically "Pathar ka gosh" is always cooked without any kind of "masalas ingredients" and is always cooked using animal fats and salt only. Anyways, Respect to you and you team always👍
