Brilliant! Patti Smith is a true artist and an inspiration for all of us women.

I saw her about ten years ago and took my son who was then a young man of 18 with me. He was blown away with her, as I was with her beauty and performance. Love Patty. She still has it and then some.

I went to a festival 10 years ago where she was not the main event. Most of the people there were teenagers waiting to see Yeah Yeah Yes. When she entered the stage, less than a handfull knew who she was. In less than four songs she set the crowd on fire! All of the people there were dancing and jumping, and all of the kids there were asking who was the gramma. It was one of the best performances i've seen in my life.

Something about this video makes me think a duo of Patti Smith and Yoko Ono would be great. Both women who have seen their share of adversity; both heavily intellectual, both capable artists in their own right. (PS I'm a BIG Yoko Ono fan AND a Patti Smith fan!)
