Considering the fact that they obviously changed their mind about them getting married and allowed it to happen, they didn't need to do that which makes it so much more significant. Both actressess nailed that scene so well. Everything from the inflection in their voices to the facial expressions was just perfect to convey what that scene represented.

I hated when they split Leo & Piper up during the series. But happy they brought them back together, & it stayed that way in the end...

@afirmrose Chris was supposed to be the next big bad of season 6 but then Holly Marie Combs (Piper) got pregnant and they had to rewrite it. In the episode where Piper gets pregnant Courtship Of Wyatts Father Holly was already pregnant and you can see it on screen. That's why they focused on her upper half of her body and her clothes to help block the weight she gained.

I hated when the Charmed ones were like this. First Piper and then Phoebe. Making a scene just because a demon attacks and then saying 'oh the universe doesn't want us getting married because a demon attacked today' as if demons were going to be so polite as to skip just because it's a wedding day. Such over drama.
