Күн бұрынPatty performs an exhilarating demonstration at Oshkosh 2005. This full throttle flight shows the strength of the pilot, plane and engine. The Extra Flugzeugbau 300S a single-seat version with a wingspan reduced by 20 inches and fitted with larger ailerons. It's powered by a Lycoming AEIO-540 which produces 300hp.

Starting at 10:04 that has to be the most wicked landing I have ever seen. I thought I was crazy for doing that in the sim. I climb vertically to some height, flip around into a dive, and then at the last minute level to a slip to “hit the breaks” before touching down. I’d give anything to train for this in real life.

I'd love to have a passenger ride with Patty Wagstaff! I've had a passenger ride in an Extra 300L and did some aerobatic manoeuvres as can be seen on my KZfaq channel. It was great fun!

Thank you! Glorious. Start to finish. It's Women History Month. So many don't have a clue...Oh, yeah... I watched her perform at Sun-N-Fun. She be off of the chart. I gotta share this! ( Times may have changed for you, but I still gotta my blue '67 MGB..all for fun!)
