The wagyu I tried was called Hidagyu (Hida beef - A5 grade) in the north. It really does melt in your mouth and keeps you up at night even if you eat it in the middle of the day. A whole steak was about USD 150 (in 2018).

La cultura Japonesa es muy impresionante y,la variedad culinaria en la misma medida,los japoneses son muy interesantes e inteligentes y,claro,esto hace que el país esté a la misma altura…ahora,a todo este paisaje súmale la gran persona que es Paul.Todo salió espectacular.Gran persona,gran trabajo gran reportaje.Enhorabuena!
