In this video, I am going to break down every ingredient in each food at McDonald's...
Avoid fast food garbage and eat real foods. This is why I created Lineage Provisions. Giving you real foods in the most convenient way. Check us out: lineageprovisions.com/psmdyt
Most people know fast food is bad for you. But I want to expose exactly what is wrong here and why it’s harmful…
It’s no surprise that over 70% of Americans are obese and overweight when over 60% of our calories come from ultra-processed foods like these…
The ingredient list of Mcdonal’s foods is proof that not all calories will have the same metabolic effects in humans…
The seed oils, sythetic additives, and preservatives in these foods impact our hormones and metabolic functions negatively, making it harder for our bodies to produce energy and function properly…
This leads to constant hunger, overeating, low energy, poor hormonal health and ultimately weight gain…
Humans aren’t meant to consume these processed foods…
Our health and well-being depend on many essential nutrients exclusevely found in animal foods…
Meat, organs, eggs, fruit, honey and raw dairy are the most nutrient dense foods for humans…
These foods allowed us to thrive and evolve for hundreds of thousands of years…
It's easy to find quality animal-based foods almost anywhere...
It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…
This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...
Check out my ANIMAL-BASED CALCULATOR here: www.paulsaladinomd.co/ab-guid...

And the alternative is… a parent who stays home to cook food and care for the children and educate the children as a stay at home parent? (Because fast food is poison but convenient and “cheap” on its face, daycare involves the neglect of children and damage of separation from parents and aggression of those children raised in that environment, and schools fundamentally cannot spend the time a child needs to learn best because there are many children, not to mention changes on education programs.) So where do you make the space to actually make the change? To have someone with a little hobby subsistence farm. Who has the time? Who has the money for that? If you can halve the workforce, get parents back into the home, the children might be better adjusted and the wages might be higher (because the supply of workers touches on the wages). What do you think?

Now I walk relativele pain free. I am now at 160 ~ 170, High days are when I eat crap food. Then take a week or so to go back down.

With my 1st pregnancy I craved fruit & vegetables, but could not stand dairy, oil, grease, or meat. With my 2nd I craved meat, and couldn’t eat dairy, oil, grease, or much fruit or vegetables. My 3rd hasn’t made me crave anything in specific, so obviously my health is on point, I’m getting every nutritional need necessary. The only thing I can’t deal with, is fast foods. It will make me feel ill. I’ve discovered, morning sickness is usually caused by not eating often enough, or not listening to your body. Your cravings tell you exactly what you’re lacking. At this point I can FEEL the lack of nutrition in junk food out or home, compared to fresh fruit, vegg, and meat. Junk doesn’t even fill me, I’ll be hungry for something real, and it makes me nauseous.

Worked at McDonald’s for 2 1/2 years when I was pregnant with my son, the store I worked at was pretty clean so there was nothing that turned me off. I am aware that this company is pure evil selling that trash to people, I made a promise to myself that I will never eat McDonald’s again. My son is mad and sad at me because I won’t buy him McDonald’s. Just a couple weeks ago I gave in and tried buying him McDonald’s before his flight because that was the only place open at 5am near me. Pulled up to the window and the cashier was just standing at the machine like I wasn’t there so I left. I said Thank You God !!

Yeah... It for the reasons you think buddy boy..... The reason a McDonald's burger doesn't rot has nothing to do with chemicals, lack of nutrition, or anything else you should be scared of. It all comes down to water activity. See, a McDonald's hamburger is small and thin, giving it a very high ratio of surface area to volume. Without any moisture, that burger doesn't so much spoil as it does dry out. It's like finding mold on the inside of a waterlogged house - the mold feeds and thrives in moist environments. A McDonald's meal can spoil, but it has to be under certain conditions.1 Oct 2022

Just a note, as a high school kid and college student, I worked as a short order cook in several restaurants, some name brand. This was the 1960s just so you know. All of fried foods were cooked in either beef tallow, or lard. Somehow the health freaks decided this was bad for us, so the switch was on to use crisco. Not only was there a loss in flavor, but the health issues were often debated even back then. But, alas, now generations of consumers are addicted to special sauces and sweet dipping sauces. That is a great way to hide the poor quality of the base product! That's the way of the world, and corporate giants tease our puppet strings to this sad result!!!

It was the way that in the 60s and especially 70s that the US corn growers (with a HUGE overproduction) could make use of their product. It was drummed in to all that "Fat makes you Fat" which has now been proved false. (YAY) I haven't eaten at a fastfood 'place' for about 20 years, and have a lovely deep pan and basket with lots of lard in it for my very occasional forays into fried food.

Correct. Take away was a once a week or less often food not part of the daily diet as nowadays. People were also far more active then as well. Now, walking a mile to a park before football training etc is a forgotten experience. Most parents drive their children to the park/oval etc to begin training. We are lazier than ever eating fattier foods than ever and wondering why we have problems. As the computer geeks say GIGO = Garbage in Garbage out. We put Garbage into our mouths that requires several trips a day to the toilet rather than 1 trip a day for a number 2. If you do more than 1 number 2 a day change your diet and see the difference and if your number ones are not relatively clear with a little yellow tinge you are also drinking too much soda, coffee etc. Try drinking water only for a week and see how clear your number 1's become. Your body tells you if you are eating/drinking too much garbage.

I can prepare the same foods myself for 25% of the cost they ask for and I know what into my food exactly, know it tastes good and is fresh. Why pay much more for inferior quality and tasting foods? Convenience does not justify the cost both to my wallet or the damage they do to my body. To each their own but I look for value for money nowadays. I do not have money to waste.

I used to consume fast food at McD or Burger King every once and a while here in germany. After every single meal I had to cough up slime and often felt sick. McD Fries taste very strange, earthy and dirty somehow, all those Burgers are tiny, salad falls out of the burger on every side, you have to put it back in manually, just eat it seperately or leave it in the wrapping, eating there makes you feel hungry again after an hour or less. Burger King is even worse because although the burgers themselves are well sized and taste good, I got the same problem with coughing after eating there. No slimey coughing before and after that, often felt sick afterwards. Sometimes those fast food Burgers were kind of stale or old tasting. Haven´t eaten that garbage since about 2 years now and won´t eat such things ever again. Thanks for your Video Paul. Many more people out there need to have awareness about this topic.

The first day I worked at McDonald’s was the last time I ate their food. A cursory glance over the boxes in the walk-in’s told me that 1: McDonalds lied in their adverts when they told the population that all their chicken was 100% British free range, it certainly was not. The chicken was from either Thailand or Brazil - neither of which were free range. And 2: that the sheer amount of highly processed ingredients in ALL their products explained the physicality and behaviours of the people I was serving. And when I asked my manager to go part time as I was starting college, they said “no, it’s McDonalds OR school.” My reply was “you’ve just made this decision the easiest one I’ve ever made.”

Most said opting for home-cooked meals was the healthier choice, as fast food can lead to thyroid problems and bloating. Shockingly, many fast food workers don't even wash their hands! After years of this cycle and high prices, I've ditched fast food for good. Now, I'm healthy and focused like never before."

I have a sneaking suspicion "zee bugs" will become ingredients in the fast food joints very soon. Make sure to read the food labels before you buy in the grocery store. Be on the lookout for the following bug ingredients: Acheta Domesticus & Grillodes Sigillatus (crickets), Tenebrio Molitor (meal worms), and Locusta Migratura (grasshoppers).

Great video! New subscriber here. I’ve always tried to cook at home for my family. We went out maybe 3 to 4 times a year because my then 16 month old was dx’d with diabetes mellitus. (Type 1 diabetes) We have some genetic crap on my side of the family with autoimmune disorders. My mom was a chef and cooked at home. My grandma was a nutritionist and also cooked at home farm to table. Now that I’m older, I love to cook healthy meals at home for my family because of all the unhealthy things I’ve seen in my life working in a kitchen. Soybean oil seriously messes with metabolism and causes weight gain. That alone should make people more wary of fast food. Everything at my house is from scratch. We do eat out on occasion but my family prefers home cooked meals.

Yup. As someone who used to be called "the microwave queen" by family and friends, by my 40th birthday, I was very ill and on over 30 different meds per day with an army of different medical specialists. I hated cooking and would only eat fast food and anything that I could nuke for less than a couple of minutes. I was morbidly obese and had an alcohol addiction even after getting bariatric surgery. By 2017, I had finally hit rock bottom; devastated by the fact that I had drank on Easter, which as a Christian I had vowed to never do. My last drink was on April 30th; "white-knuckling it" until I could get to the National Day of Prayer event mine and two other area churches would be holding on the evening of May 4th. Making it to the event, I was supernaturally healed the moment I prayed out loud against the spirit of alcohol, hence the beginning of my whole health journey. I was able to completely detox myself from all of the toxic chemicals that I had once depended on and taught myself how to stop using the microwave altogether and cooking whole foods on the stove, in the oven or toaster oven, and in a slow cooker. I'll be 60 years old next year and I'm the healthiest I've ever been, and much more than I was 20 years ago ☺️ I get my beef, chicken, and pork from a local butcher shop here in Idaho that sources their products from local farms and ranches that are dedicated to humane butchering practices; better for the animals and better for us humans, as there aren't any stress hormones in the meats or poultry. GPPrimeMeats.com; they have been in business since the 1950s and they SHIP too ☺️ And no, they didn't pay me to share this; I'm just a forever customer who appreciates their dedication to their ethical standards and the best service to their customers ☺️ Oh, and I've also completely ditched the use of aluminum foil for parchment paper in my baking, and I invested in a good set of stainless steel pots and pans so I could stop using the aluminum and Teflon pans my mom always swore by along with using aluminum foil. She died from complications of a stroke less than a month after her 55th birthday, unfortunately, and my father predeceased her the year before at 50 years old from alcoholism 🥺 So yeah, I have a lot of reasons for being grateful for finally getting on a much healthier path. ✌️💖🖖

Rochelle- I heard why Teflon is bad and it may even kill your parakeet or canary. I avoid teflon because I have COPD. (from 40 years of smoking) What's this about aluminum foil? I use it to line oven pans to keep them neat when cooking. I also use it to cover food when baking in the oven and cover food that I put in the fridge. I could always cover with saran wrap, but they say that's dangerous too. (BPA) Mike

I came back from Thailand this past April having culture shock while eating at McDonald's. Returned home and immediately started researching it. The reason McDonald's in Thailand tasted amazing compared to ours is that the ingredients used in America are outright banned 😳 The ingredients in McDonald's here are prohibited in other countries. I never tasted a Number 1 so enjoyable and full of flavor while on holiday in Thailand. The so-called fast food here I'm convinced is designed to keep us in the ER.

I am from the States. Born in 1955 in Southern California, so I grew up eating McDonald’s. But somewhere in my 30s or 40s I stopped eating there. In 2013 I moved to Poland. Burger King is like this, too. I had Burger King during a work trip to Singapore and it tasted amazing compared to the US version. They have completely different locally sourced French Fries there. They are not even cut the same way. I don't think any fast food place anywhere in the world still uses tallow, though. I think part of the problem is that there is just not enough tallow produced for it to be at a price point where the major fast food chains could afford it and use it. Especially in the USA, the beef herds have not kept up with the population growth.

When I used to work at McDonald’s, putting the smaller patties straight on the grill was like hearing the sound of playing table air hockey with a dozen pucks 🏒 And he’s right, the 1/4lbs patties are 100% beef, and never frozen at the location I was at. However, McDonald’s only redeeming qualities, the beef, is still highly questionable on whether or not they’re actually taking it from cows that may also have preservatives and/or unethical diets. I’ve stopped eating their over a year ago and it I’m SOOOO GLAAAAD I did
