In this tutorial, let me show you how to upgrade the firmware of an ImmersionRC Ghost transmitter module and then use OTA (Over-The-Air) to update the firmware in the Ghost Atto receiver as well.

lil tip here, you get the release notes from their webside www.immersionrc.com/ghostreleasenotes/ (cus the ReleaseNotes button in the updater is not working) EDIT: They just released the 1.0.1.2 VERSION!!

My ghost module shows a red light and doesn't show any text. I updated to v1.0.2.1 Tx+Rx and after that I couldn't do anything. Any idea how to fix this? The updater no longer even recognizes my module.

What a great tutorial. I have bookmarked your video for future reference. How is the Ghost system performing for you, after these firmware updates? I know, you had experienced issues in the past due to micro fail-safes. Thanks

micro failsafes are gone but it still lacks telemetry so in my case, adoption is on hold

Does anyone have information when Ghost will be shipping in Europe? My dealer tells me, that IMRC is not even producing, because of unavailable Hardware components on the PCB's. Is that true?

Nope, that is 100% untrue. What is true is that ramping up production of a new product, in a new facility, in a new country, with new suppliers, in the middle of a pandemic, and during a worldwide semiconductor shortage has been a challenge... but we do like a nice challenge :-) We have systems shipping out he door daily, and production volume is ramping up quite nicely. On the reliability side, we track reliability of all of our products through our repair centers, and lets just say that the numbers look pretty nice.

Pawel, I´ve a strange problem, can´t make it right. Inav for 7 inch copter as preset. Motor map ok, propps ok, board alignment ok. But! The quad moves with little gas up in panic at the same time yaw:s and is uncontrollable. Every pre check green. No problem to arm, but not flyable

Ok, downgraded to 2.3, far away from 2.6. Now it works. A bug in Inav 2.6?
