It is better that the dash notified you than a policeman intent on revenue enhancement. The hardest part of changing the lamp is gaining access to the bulb holder. Dielectric grease is always a good idea. I also wipe a new lamp with an alcohol wipe to prevent hot spots from grease or finger prints. I do this wearing cotton gloves at my shop. Oh KZfaq is how to figure out how to get to the lamp.😀🛫
