Your cat is so cute..omg. he's meow is adorable. I saw your affiliate link ..how could I do that? Did you just make an ad for the product and then put the link in..can anyone do this with any affiliate link as long as it doesn't go against standards? I don't sell cat products but other things.

It's technically not an affiliate link YET. I used a bitly - when the product goes on the market and is sold on Amazon, then I will have it ready to go and I just have to change out the current link with the affiliate link in bitly. So wherever I post it, every single link will be changed at once. That's why I love bitly. Great review! Hope they take your suggestions! I have been watching this product and this is the first review I’ve seen. For a silicone mat…for a mat look in the paper crafting area..they come in various sizes and if you need to cut it down even better!

Do you think that over time & seeing Charlie go in & out Trigg might give it a try ?

No unless he was starving. Trigg is actually braver than Charlie with weird, new things. Once something has offended him, I doubt he’ll ever try. I even forced him a few weeks in by putting him in the inside, so he had to leave through the hole. He doesn’t like how it feels on his coat.

Interesting, yes I think if it had multiple uses it would be more worth it. I think the small size of it might put some cats of as it does look like a carrier that they are about to go to the vets in and with it being enclosed they might be nervous of getting trapped in there, tho it’s also similar since to an enclosed cat bed, so maybe if it was cosy in there they would go in. I think the bottom should be plastic or something so it’s washable. Basically the entrance of it is fairly good but I would reconsider the rest of the design or just sell the main front part with add ons. I bought one of those grooming arches a few years ago, it’s like an arch made out of like sweeping brush type stuff with a scratching base. Chico loved the scratching base but would duck down under the arch if he walked through it 🤨😆 so the brush part never did anything, obviously with this being a full circle that would prevent that, tho it’s not actually brushing them and won’t prevent knots I don’t think, it’s just collecting loose fur. He does let me brush him for one or 2 minutes at a time, but in the summer there’s still lots of loose fur flying around so anything that can collect some of that would be good 😊 but I’m just not sure if this would be worth it. I remember you reviewing a tunnel that was a soft material that seemed to collect quite a bit of fur off them. It’s would be interesting if you left that tunnel out and this at the same time and see which one collects more fur 🤔😆

I am part of PawSwing's FB Group and someone showed their dog trying to get into it - and they couldn't - so I do think it's multi-purpose for keeping dogs and kids out. Trigg will NOT get into a carrier, so maybe that's why he wasn't interested - but I don't think so. I think it was the combs. He was interested in it without the combs. Yes, on the tunnel - but I got rid of it. I got rid of anything I couldn't wash (fleas). I also got rid of the PawSwing last week. I really liked it, but I don't want it sitting in my house and would collect fleas, should we get them again. I am a flea-prevention freak now. It's really almost sad. Ha ha.

@@Floppycats oh dear fleas are such a pain, luckily I’ve only had to deal with them when looking after a friends cats, I used to look after 3 cats a couple of times a year when their owners went away and I’d go stay in their house, one time after a week I found one had fleas then of course another one got them 😑 they had already had that monthly flea treatment but sometimes in the summer fleas still appeared 😑 I was washing and vacuuming everything like a crazy person and I found the flea killer stuff in their cupboards that you apply on all carpets and then vacuum away so I did that and I was trying to comb the cats to get them out, I put down some trap things, it was stressful. I was wondering if some cats are more prone to getting them, as one cat who was fluffy a bit like a ragdoll but wasn’t a ragdoll, he was more prone to them even tho he was the one who spent the most time indoors and he would get skin reactions from it too and that was with using that monthly treatment. Also the cat I adopted who had been living outside quite a long time didn’t have fleas and his owner had never used the treatments on him. So I just wonder why he hasn’t had them, now I’ve said that I hope they don’t appear this year 👀🙈

@@Aw_tig Fleas are such a pain until you have a cat like Charlie, and then fleas are a nightmare. I really don't think people understand what a nightmare it is when you have a cat that is insanely reactive to flea bites. It's completely dreadful. And then add the fact that you CANNOT use topical chemical flea meds because he already got a head tremor from those. So I won't do those in fear that he will have a full blown seizure. So tackling it naturally while trying to get them out of your house, is just a completely exhausting experience - and I don't get any work done at all for Floppycats. So I am spending a lot of money on products and my time to vacuum, clean, manage him, while not earning any. It is truly awful. Yes, 100% some cats are more prone - like Trigg doesn't get any unless we have an infestation. But Charlie will find just one - and I know that's insane - most people say there can never be just one, but there can be. There can be - I have experienced it over and over again....and even this year already!

@floppycats hi, quick question, your cat that ended up using this groomer most, was he/she a big shedder to begin with? Or not particularly? The only reason I am considering this product is because my cat sheds wayyyy too much, doesn’t matter how much or how often I groom him his fur just flies with the wind. It didn’t seem like the groomer collected much fur so thats why I ask. I’d like to think that if my cat were to use it that it would collect almost the same amount in just a few days.

both of mine shed a lot during shedding season, but other than that, they don't really on a raw diet. what does your cat eat?

Hey Jenny, Could you just lay a kitchen towel down on the bottom of it (inside, for crumbs) and then frequently replace it with a clean one?

Probably! Charlie wouldn't keep it down, though - he'd scratch around it and mess around to see if something was underneath it. You could buy your own silicone mat too. But, honestly, a manufacturer should be conscientious about food and felt. Felt is not a good material to serve food on.

ha ha ha - i would have agreed with you when i had my first cat - but my current cats, the ones in this video - HATE to be groomed. HATE it - they growl and hiss. So brushing and grooming doesn't happen. ha ha. so this did get off way more than it would normally in our house.

(When i think of the contortions Ive put myself through to get my girl to not turn up her nose). Oh, and,..when they invent something that they reckon will stops you from waking up in pain, only with to find that your head -and the entire top half of your body -, is on the bedside table, because there is a cat stretched out in the the parachuting position straight across both of the pillows- will you please review that ? The opening wasn’t that closed off - 12 days were getting it closed down to that level. I was actually impressed by how much it took off given the time of year.
