Your plot will revert back to a 24 meter circle. Anything placed/built outside of the plot may be subject to the decay timer, which starts 24-hours later. I'm going to confirm if this is still the case, as this is how it was in Alpha 2, but there are people in the Discord saying that isn't the case anymore.

Hmm. I wonder if you could then build a square foundation by moving plots around to get the straight line on all four sides and maximise your Plot. Interesting

@@mattn7415 I haven't been able to test it in-game yet, as all of my plots are in use.

You can play solo, however you will need to have the right expectations. Your progress will be slower if you go alone, but it is doable if you don't mind grinding progression. Content like dungeons and clearing overland NPC areas are best experienced with a group.

Thanks for your comment. You only need 200 sapwood to fill up one slot (50 sapwood) on each charcoal kiln, which will net 100 charcoal in 20 minutes. This is certainly doable. You should be able to mine 40 impure iron ore in that 20 minutes, unless you chose a base-of-operations without an ample supply of impure iron deposits. This leaves you with 40 minutes outside of the time required to make iron ingots (charcoal 20 minutes + iron ingots 60 minutes).
