7th pay commision ke bad 28feb. 2017 ko retire hota hun.us samah meri total service 26 yrs. 5 months 13 days thi.meri permanent appointment 16 oct.1990 hai.iske pehle mene 5 yrs ad-hoc service ki hai kiya adhoc service ka benefit retirement par mil sakta hai.

Sir regret to inform that on promotion no fixation carried out and pay has been granted/pay bill prepared on minimum basic pay. Neither department is serious nor audit authority has taken any observation. We unnesserray become victim since clarikal people did now the fixation of pay. Now you sir nicely clarified.

मैं झारखंड सरकार धनबाद में 1994 बैच का शिक्षक हूँ। मुझे 1 अप्रैल 2023 को ग्रेड 4 में Promotion हुआ है। इसके पहले level 7 में Grade Pay 4600 और Basic Pay 68000 था। विभाग पदोन्नति के उपरांत 10/06/2024 को वेतन निर्धारण हेतु पत्र निर्गत किया। इसी बीच 1July 2023 को Annual Increment लेते हुए Basic 70000 हो गया। परंतु प्रोन्नति का वेतन निर्धारण अभी तक नहीं हुआ। मेरा सही वेतन निर्धारण पूरे साक्ष्य के करने की कृपादृष्टि की जाय। जिससे मैं विभाग के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कर सकूं।

I got 3rd macp on 2015 in gp 4800 /now level 8/ after wards I got promotion in private secretary in 2019 which is in gp 4600 /now level 7/at this time I didn't get any financial benefit due macp, but now I got promotion in gp 4800 /level 8/ in 2022 can I get any financial benefit of pay fixation pl do reply

Sir mera increment date January hai , agar mera promotion jan-jun ke beach hota hai ya Jul-Dec ke beach hota hai to dono case me kaise le option-1 or option-2 ? Mai pahle 1800 grade pay me approx 4 years karne ke baad technical resignation diya aur 1900 grade pay me join kiya . 1800 grade pay me mera basic pay 20300 huya tha avi mera 1900 grade pay me22400 hai , January 2022 me 23100 hoga.

sir, my date of promotion is 28.12 2021. from level 8 to level 10. I have opted for pay fixation on the date of my next increment i.e. 1.7.2022. accordingly my pay fixation done with two increments of level 8, next higher cell of level 10. upto this step this is ok. next as per rule after next six month of qyalifying service my pay will raise with one increment on 1.1.2023 and then anually on 1st january. my question is if I will absent from duty for 20days due to some reason between 1st july 2022 to 1st jan 2023 i.e. 6 month qualifying service condition will violate, then wheather i will get increment on 1st jan 2023 or not. if not then when i will get ? pl. clarify.

in option 2 ,it should be written pay from 1 july 2022 in place of 1jan 2022 since date of next increment is July, not January. Kindly correct me if I am wrong.
