Thanks for recommending the sealing of the tiles. Thanks the most helpful recommendation, because the GROUTS do break off. Take my word for it through personal experiences.

Hi @antonano5623! You're welcome and thank you for watching my channel. Try to make sure you use sanded grout too, it helps it stay in place better and longer.

Hi @thomasrhodes7999! You are correct! I just added 3 of them in a remodel and there are so many structual changes which leads to permits needed and a HUGE mess!
