The previous Pagers only took 2 Pager answers to sound the alarm. You used to need a skill to extend it to 4, but Overkill just set it to 4 automatically.

In some prisons, alot of guards have sensors for sudden movements/force on them that either has a instant alarm or silent alarm. The whole domination pager requirement was only done to keep players from abusing the skill

A theory is when they send in the police, the cops realize the robbers is the Payday Gang, which is hinted by one of their quotes: “It’s the Payday Gang! They’re crazy!” Since the Payday Gang is a notorious criminal organization, they quickly send in the law enforcement because of this.

If the pager operator accepts up to four strange calls, does it imply he's working undercover for the Payday gang? If the fourth pager comes up he realizes his position is in danger, so he alerts the cops on a fifth attempt. What about Captain Smith, the guy who sends a clean-up team after a Safe House Raid?

Is-is the pager in on the Payday gang? He sounds like he doesnt want to sound the alarm because he knows the plan the gang are on, the line "They're gonna fire me so I have to sound the alarm" it sounds like he just doesnt wanna do it
