(I am toying with the idea of building something similar for my own PBD 40, I'm just not sure its speed is high enough for a router for wood.) The build in itself was very good, and I liked it, but when you drilled holes, as far as I could tell, you didn't adjust the drilling speed.

I changed out my chuck for a Rohm Supra 1-13 S and that helped but only about 50%.. To take it apart and really do a good job is beyond my capabilities, but I can get fairly close...I hate the "fairly", though.
