Video turned out great! I couldn’t be happier with how the truck turned out. The peace of mind I got knowing the CP4 is no longer a problem combined with knowing the job was done to my “borderline obsessive” standards definitely made the 600 mile drive worth it. Thanks again for everything 🙏🏼

Awesome mods! I suspect, sadly, the most of that stuff would not pass smog inspection here in California. Every two years I must get my 6.7 a smog inspection.

I agree with the sentiment. Two months ago I had my mechanic replaced the hot and cold side charge pipe with the pusher pipes. They told me they were getting the carb stickers soon. So far I haven’t had it, and I am starting to sweat since I need a smog in July. BTW I actually see a difference with these pipes. my engine seems to “breathe“ easier. I’m happy I made the change.

There is nothing about changing out the tubes or the fuel pump for that matter that is going to affect the emissions coming out. Instead of a rubber duct we goto metal and now we can't pass smog. I give up.....

Meh, looks like a very expensive toy that I wouldn't put to work with. I will keep mine stock with the DPK, Derringer and Pedal Monster since I tow and haul heavy with it. Tall enough as it is that even with the tailgate step I have a hard time getting in the bed. Why do all the aftermarket wheels for the 450 have those goofy looking spiked nut caps? The rims look nice, but the spikes just look stupid. The would look better if they had a cap similar to the duals, nice and smooth.

You can't just touch it up with a little nail polish\paint-pen type mini paint bottle? And then some elbow grease w\ 1000 - 4000 grit wet sandpaper, then buffing compound & some clear to protect it? Maybe Cerakote finally?

@killa379 I have 3 foam workout pads that I sewed together with zipties about 18 yrs ago. Thats WHAT i lay on. Still rolling strong. I pull my cart. Just close enough that I can leave my feet and legs. Hang off the front of the truck right on to my cart so comfortable

Everything is OK except I don’t like the jacked up trucks . My 5th wheel rear end would be dragging the rear end. It defeats the purpose of the truck which is to tow.

@@TonyBenton0728This is my truck and it’s only slightly taller than factory. I pull a 44’ toy hauler regularly and it’s just about perfectly level. The truck looks much taller than it actually is.

@@chrisgilliam8294 I have a 45 foot toy hauler also it’s already 13’5” .I have a 2022 F-450 platinum Rapid Red . For me I have really never been a fan of lifted trucks.Years ago I liked lowered trucks. I’m 68 and have done some of the things you have done the Banks air intake pedal monster and the same exhaust pipe. I also have a 95 gallon auxiliary fuel tank . I have put a few more miles on mine that you about 42,000 miles because we have traveled 36 states and about 80 campfire in 2 plus years.

@@TonyBenton0728 We definitely want to get to more campsites for sure. We’ve had the Keystone Raptor for about 3 years and I had a lifted F350 that pulled it before this one, the 450 is just much more stable. The front on the 450 is just leveled and the only thing in the rear is just a 3/4” block that the kit came with. So most of the height comes from the tires. I wanted to build a truck that I was in love with but was also functional. We have the camper that I converted to the Reese Goosebox hitch and then also have a gooseneck cattle hauler. So it definitely had to stay functional.

2:46 Sorry but the tire isn't 18.5" wide(that 3 does look like an 8 tho), 13.5 is the rough width of the tire tread. *37"H x*13.5"W x24"(rim). 18 1/2 inches tread width would be a really huge tire, like wider than a big super single semi tire is.

8:07 I've seen videos on here somewhere before. They use a 'hot knife' to 'cut'(melt) right through the perimeter of the headlight buckets take it apart and meticulously paint\tape off each part to get what they want! Super sweet to see it done. I guess it's better to keep the factory high quality lights and just customize them, rather than buy some child-labored, China low quality lights! I'll see if I can find a video somewhere that shows it being done.
