Sonic Overture '95 is a 2D Sonic fan game that serves as a prequel to Sonic 1. You may remember the original Sonic Overture demo from 2014, this new version is developed by a fresh team. The game imagines what a classic 2D Sonic title would look like if it were released on the Sega Saturn console. Expect stunning graphics, new level mechanics, and a well-crafted boss battle with Robotnik. The game plays really well and I really like the new levels, especially the 3D boss battle level. The colors the music the art style is so captivating. My 10 year old self would be mezmorized playing this.

That villain origin story has got to be canon lmao Great job with the graphics and backgrounds, although in the first act, the tiles felt way distracting. But the project is great! I look forwards to support!
