Miss my Syclone, and my '99 Lightning, but my favorite was my '04 SRT Ram. Something about a manual trans in full size pick-up!

@@markhartungI'm no kid. 55yr's old and obviously worked way harder than you. I've no need to lie or accuse others of lying. My Syclone was built by McCoy Motorsport in Pikeville, Kentucky and was running 10 second 1/4 mile times when 10's were still considered fast. Both Lightning's ('94/'99) were fun trucks for their time, but mine were mostly stock. Same goes for the Ram, but the manual trans made it a really fun truck. Continue to be jealous of others while sitting in front of your screen. I'll continue to build wealth and have nicer things than you.

I'm 66 yr's old, have owned 3 Lightening's, 99, 01 and 03. 01 Kenne Bell blower, Johnny Lightening throttle body, intake, MAF and cam, ASP blower and crank pulleys, Bassani headers, Borla Cat back exhaust, Super chips 2 stage performance chip custom tuned at their facility in Longwood Fl., Suncoast 4R100 tranny with torque converter, (2300 stall), Manley connecting rods and was built by myself and a life long friend. I have also owned over 6 decades a 64' Chrysler 300 K. 413 MW, 67' Olds 442, 400, 4 speed, and presently own a 72 C10 Step side, 383 stroker, Tremec 5 speed 465 rw. hp.. 10.00's or 10.99.s? Big difference kid. What mods were done? Take a long introspective look in the mirror today.......

@@MH-so9oz Looked to me as if McCoy's doesn't due any auto builds, all recreational toys son. I think I'll call them Monday morning when they open .....

@@markhartung Currently, you are correct. The Syclone was built in 1991. Jerry McCoy built quite a few of them back in the day. Let us know what you find out after your phone call, boy.

Had a 95' single cab, 318, 5 speed, 3.55.1, performance Dodge ECU, Doug's headers, Flow Masters, K&N, March crank pulley. She would get out of the hole quick and turned consistent 14.90's to 15.10's surprising many an era, T/A, Z/28, and GT stang at the stop lights and the track......

Since when is a Chevelle/El Camino and the Holden/Maloo a Truck? And other than the latter all these vehicles scare the bejesus out of me on the road. With their massive weight and high center of gravity they cannot stop or turn at regular speeds. At Supercar speeds they are little more than an unguided projectile.

So you think they are fast. You aint seen nouthing yet😂😂😂😂. There is a tiny Nissan 1400 pickup that is fast.. Very, very fast. Does the 1/4 mile in 7.9 seconds @ 278 km/h.
