These cartoons had an enormous impact on my sense of humor and overall sensibilities.

I feel so sorry for kids today not having access to such good cartoons. The plots were mature yet comical-perfect for a young mind.

I enjoyed Peabody's Improbable History adventures from the very first Rocky and Bullwinkle broadcast. The idea of a dog adopting a boy just tickled me no end. And the groaner puns at the end of each episode was the icing on the cake.

Not to mention the science fiction aspect of the show with the Way Back machine.

I'm 64 and don't remember any of these in newspaper comics, only on the Rocky and Bullwinkle show.

I would sit on the couch with my mom when I was about 8 or 9. They had a fairy tale cartoon I think it was called the big book of fairy tales. Correct me if I'm wrong. After the cartoons my mother watched the same show everyday Parry Mason lol. My dad was at work most of the day every day but weekends. Lord I miss the peace of mind I had as a child and my loving parents. 😢😢 Jesus protected us from are enemies and give us peace of mind Amen.

My father was a Perry Mason fan. I can picture Della Street and remember that episode when the prosecution won. We didn’t have Jesus but we had a loving family, all eight of us. We are coming into our 70s and 80s and treasure memories of growing up entertaining ourselves.

Unwatchable because you didn't remove the high pitch noise covering the entire audio track while not restoring this video. 😊
