Knowing how to unwind and relax in the evening wasn't always a given, and I had to learn to slow down over the years. Nowadays, bringing calm and peacefulness to my evening routine is something I seek to preserve.
There will always be evenings where there won't be much time for relaxing, and where my mind will wander back to stressful matters. It's unavoidable, and that's the main reason I avoid binding myself to a strict routine every night. I hope you enjoy this evening routine 💛

I just discovered your channel a week ago and I love all of your videos! All it took was one to get me to subscribe. Your vibe is very warm, cozy, calm, and simple. And to contrast what another commenter said, I think your use of lighting is excellent and it sets the tone for your videos. An evening routine video doesn’t need a lot of light. great video, I really like watching your videos, your videos are relaxing to watch, I really like your evening routine, I too have an evening routine, it helps me organize my evenings well, me too in the evening when I can I take a bath it soothes me and helps me fall asleep and then in bed I read, I really liked the moment when you put on new sheets and your cats were there to see this that you do, my cats do that too , it was so cute when coco was waiting for you on the bed for you to come to bed, my cats are also there every evening waiting for me to come to bed and knowing that they sleep with me appeases me

I am really enjoying your videos. You seem to be able to separate your work life from home life well even though you work from home. Do you have any other tips. Do you meditate or practice mindfulness to help let go of your work day?

Thank you 🫶! It's not a clear separation everyday, and somedays work blends in with home life a little (especially when working from home). I have tried medidating but never really managed to keep it up. Going for a walk after work, exercising (I mostly do yoga) or cooking a meal is what helps me most to switch off my mind from work. I suspect doing something 'manual' or physical helps reconnect with myself. 💛

Your videos have so little lighting that they are hard to see. Could you use more lighting so that we can not feel like you are in the dark? Otherwise, they are great.

Usually her videos have more lighting. But I guess she was intentional making this one like this because as the title says “calm evening”. How would we feel what she wants to pass to us through the video if the lightning was not meeting the evening expectations?
