Why do i feel super relaxed that even my muscles pain are releaved !!! Love love love

A beautiful video. You hit on something i struggle with as an adult: finding time to do all the things we want and need to do. On any given evening i think about all the things to do: shower, work out, unwind, spend time outdoors, read, do something creative, chores, cook dinner, play with my cat, socialize etc. None of these things are hard, but what is hard is managing and balancing your time in a way where you feel like you are successfully giving everything the attention it needs. How do we do all those things on any given evening? I guess that is one of the many struggles of being an adult.

I just found this channel and I will watch every video due to the calm and community I feel watching this so happy for your new transition in life!
