Oops, I just realized, I was visualizing floating on water, with my ears submerged and the calming rhythmic effect of hearing the water plus my breathing. I am a person and obviously can't breath underwater, on my own. 🤦‍♀️

I have grown up by the sea. My whole life. Every summer i would go in the sea and i would lay with my face toward the sky and my ears submerged in water. This is exactly the sounds i would hear. Its so calming and relaxing it makes me feel home and safe. It drives me back to my childhood memories. Thank you for creating this masterpiece

This is my favourite thing to do at lakes. The water is calm and you float effortlessly, with the warm sun on your face. And this is all you hear, and everything is okay for a little while.

I like to imagine me sinking deeper and deeper from the surface, until I am surrounded by pure abyss. And just listening to the sound of the ocean, the water. It brings me a strange sense of peace. I calm down instantaneously. This ambience helps so much, in all honesty. Thank you. 💜

I don't use this for sleep, but it is wonderful for meditation! When breathing in I imagine the oxygen flowing through me and floating me higher in empty deep water, then when exhaling I imagine blowing out bubbles slowly and sinking deeper in the water. I've had trouble meditating before this! Thank you!

As someone who has a love of swimming but a fear of the ocean, I feel kinda like when you meet a big dog that was barking at you and jumping at you but the owner says that he’s a good boy and he’s just excited. So you give the dog a chance even though you’re intimidated and the longer he goes without attacking you the less tense you are but there’s still that tiny bit of adrenaline that reminds you that the dog could change his mind at any moment.

since i was a kid ive had a fascination with the ocean, but not the same "ooh scary!!" type everyone else does, but this craving to *live* in the sea, the origin of life was held here and it continues to thrive, i find it so beautiful even the dark deep waters are calming to me, such stillness and peace i wish i could live in the ocean

water is truly an undiscovered landscape to us both emotionally and spiritually. we already know we can’t survive long without it but so few recognize that humans explore less than 1/2 of the bond we have with water. i love this video and hearing the oceans talk to me even though i’ve forgotten the language and don’t understand 🌊 thank you for putting it up

It's so incredibly deep is the exact reason people are scared of the ocean Satellites have only been able to survey and explore 10% of it so far. It's the mystery that makes it so creepy

i rarely swim. swam 2 days ago and before that, my last swimming outing was probably 4 yrs ago. the feeling of being underwater and just hearing the water splash. it was so calming and i always dive under just wanting that feeling of relaxation.

This is the best underwater video I've found! I like the bass and muffled echoing sounds--it's just like floating underwater. Drifting in place, feeling light and weightless. It is so relaxing and peaceful. All problems and normal daily worries float away while underwater. Maybe, it's like going back to the womb, on a subconscious level? 💧💧💧

this is extremely calming.... not scary at all in fact. reminds me of the time when i almost drowned. but i didnt panic, i slowly felt myself decending, i relaxed my muscles. The water reached every corner of my body. my mind went blank as i accepted my situation and... i felt at peace. if felt as if the world around me stopped. it was actually an amazing, blissful feeling.

When I was in elementary school I always loved it whenever I took a nap in the afternoon after I had a swimming class in the morning, because when I drifted off the sleep I always felt like I was floating in the water, and I have the underwater sound in my head. Now I want to bring those good memories back with this, and maybe I'll be swimming again when I have the time.
