Great channel, love peak products!!

I am like you; love the dehydrated meals. For healthy heart meal they have too much sodium in them now which is a real downer. I still carry one in my pack for backup. I found a longer titanium spoon that works well in getting all the way down to the bottom. With shorter spoons i have cut the package as I ate down so it wasn't so messy.

Those Peak Refuel Breakfast Scrambles really impressed me. It’s one thing to wolf a freeze dried meal down after a long exhausting day in the woods but for them to taste good at home is a tougher challenge. Ordered a box of the Breakfast Scramble in prep for an upcoming trip. Had to test one out to make sure it was edible and to satisfy my curiosity. I eagerly ate every last bite and the other bags did not stick around long enough for my trip. These types of freeze dried meals have always been too expensive for me to justify eating them for 3 meals a day when camping/backpacking/climbing. However with how blown away I was with the Breakfast Scramble and the fact that they have some awesome sounding meals in their lineup I will definitely be including some in my trip meal planning. For especially strenuous days it would be priceless to have such great tasting food with next to no effort involved. If I ever find a killer deal on these I will definitely stock up. They would be ideal to have around for emergencies as well, if nothing else just because they taste so good.

Put it in a tortilla with some hot salsa and you have a great breakfast. It’s enough for two people, or one if you’re starving.

I’ve had that one a few times. It’s very good! It does taste just like the picture looks which is rare. I wish they made them a bit smaller for single serving.
