PEANUT BALL EXERCISES are very effective workout for weight loss. This workout can be done for improving balance, neuromuscular coordination, strengthening of muscles and giving shape to the body.
This is different from swiss ball. It is more of rectangular in shape with different sizes.
The pattern of exercises in this video is designed by Dr. Varun Wasil taking care of the usage of muscles so that each muscle get strengthened and get time to relax also.

Its a superb as Im looking to exercises with the peanut ball. At 5.02 workout...can the shoulders come ahead of the weight bearing wrist joints when we roll the ball with dorsal aspect of the feet as well?

peanut ball comes in two sizes. one for kids other for adults. its 55 cm
