Chocolate and Peanut Butter - Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies - Fudge Brownies with Peanut Butter - The Hillbilly Kitchen
Some days just need chocolate and then there are days like these that need chocolate and peanut butter with prayers. These rich fudgy brownies with the peanut butter cream cheese filling will sooth your soul and satisfy your sweet tooth. Everybody loves them and will ask for more. Take then to any potluck get together, make them for game day watch parties, family night or your kids next sleepover party.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. (Psalm 122:6)

Ingredients:
4 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
8 ounces Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Butter
1 cup Flour
5 Eggs
2 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoons Vanilla

Oh boy…this reminds me of when I was just a little kid….we were dirt poor…the only time I and my sister got chocolate or peanut butter or brownies was at church for special occasion dinners when the “rich folk members” would bring brownies and such for deserts….yum!…I always thought Jesus must be in a happy mood!

I always melt my chocolate with a double boiler it seems to be the safest way for me otherwise I will scorch it. It also helps to run the chocolate bars over a cheese grater.
